ORDERS:  The LOVEMARK Co. processes stocked items within 2 business days.  If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.  Please allow for processing plus shipping time to receive your order.

 

RETURNS:

We hope you love your The LOVEMARK Co. purchase!  If for any reason you are not completely happy with our item(s), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase date.  Your items must be in their original condition.  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages. We will refund your original form of payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back to our warehouse.  All orders will have 10% per item reduced from the refund for restocking/charity giveback..  Sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned.

SHIPPING: We offer shipping flat rate $5 shipping via UPS SurePost and free domestic ground economy shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii we offer flat rate $20 shipping via UPS SurePost and free shipping on orders over $200.
